Wayne Lineker is ready to swap the nightclub scene for the jungle! The brother of football legend Gary Lineker has revealed his desire to join the popular ITV show 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!' Wayne is no stranger to the limelight and is eager to take on the jungle's challenges. "I'm open to TV offers," he told the Daily Star. "I'd like to do the jungle. That's one of the big ones."

Fearless Except for Cockroaches

Wayne believes he'd be a natural fit for the show, thanks to his lack of fear when it comes to creepy crawlies – well, most of them. The businessman is known for his quirky spider party trick, where he impressively puts a handful of spiders in his mouth to spook his friends. "I've done it about six or seven times," he revealed, though he admits that cockroaches are a different story. "I'd be fantastic at the trials apart from cockroaches. I can't deal with them."

Celebrity Connections and Personal Growth

Wayne isn't just relying on his bug bravery; he's also hoping to bring a friend along for the ride. He'd love to have Dean Gaffney, the beloved EastEnders actor, by his side in the jungle. "Absolutely Dean Gaffney. If I went in with Dean, he'd be able to tell me all the tricks and secrets," Wayne said.

Beyond his TV ambitions, Wayne has been candid about his personal journey. Last year, he shared on Instagram about his stint in rehab for alcohol addiction, celebrating 72 days of sobriety. "Yes I went in to rehab!! and I said yes yes yes! Best thing I ever did," he wrote, expressing gratitude for the support he's received and his determination to help others.
