Kris Jenner has never been one to shy away from sharing her secrets to looking and feeling fabulous. At 70, the iconic momager is as open as ever about her wellness routines and the treatments she swears by. Recently, Jenner sat down with the hosts of the SHE MD Podcast, Dr. Thais Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney, to discuss her health and weight management journey.
In this candid conversation, Jenner revealed her brief and unpleasant experience with Ozempic, a weight-loss drug that has gained popularity in recent years. “I tried it once when no one knew what it was and it made me really sick,” she confessed. The nausea was so severe that she had to call her doctor, saying, "I can’t work anymore. I’m so sick." After that, she decided Ozempic wasn't for her.
“I tried it once when no one knew what it was and it made me really sick,” Kris Jenner shared on the podcast.
With Ozempic out of the question, Jenner and her doctor hunted for alternative solutions. That's when she stumbled upon peptide injections, which she claims made a world of difference. "I realised that a peptide injection was really great for me," she explained. Alongside these, she incorporated fish oils and omega-3 supplements into her daily routine.
This new regimen not only helped manage her weight but also boosted her energy levels. Jenner noted that while she typically wants to crash right after her last call or dinner, the new routine gave her a couple of extra hours in the evening.
Never one to miss a moment of humor, Jenner also brought up her recent facelift, which took place in 2025. "I had a very well-known facelift a year ago. So that was helpful," she joked, keeping the mood light. She has previously shared with Vogue Arabia that such procedures help her feel like the best version of herself, which is what truly makes her happy.
