We all cope with grief in our own unique ways. For Sharon Osbourne and her daughter Kelly, it seems they've found comfort in an unexpected new hobby. After the heartbreaking loss of Ozzy Osbourne, the iconic mother-daughter duo has turned to falconry – and it's bringing smiles back to their faces.
Losing a partner of 46 years is no small feat, and Sharon's journey through grief is something many can relate to. But in a delightful twist, Kelly shared a heartwarming video on Instagram that had fans buzzing. The clip shows Sharon with an owl perched majestically on her arm, her face lighting up with joy.
“Today I introduced my mum to falconry and she loved it!” Kelly captioned the video, expressing gratitude to falconry expert Gerard Sulter for "putting a smile on mum’s face."
Since Ozzy's passing in July, Sharon has kept a relatively low profile. Many noted her frail appearance at Ozzy's public funeral procession on July 30. Kelly, too, has been processing her grief privately but took to Instagram to express her gratitude for the support received from fans.
"The love, support, and beautiful messages I’ve received from so many of you have truly helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life," Kelly shared, emphasizing the comfort she finds in knowing they aren't alone in their pain.
As Sharon and Kelly continue to navigate their new normal, their foray into falconry serves as a testament to the healing power of trying something new. It's a reminder that even in the darkest times, unexpected joy can still take flight.
