Singer Oliver Tree captured the essence of life and joy in his final social media post before a tragic accident claimed his life. In what would become a poignant farewell, Tree documented his first trip to Brazil with an Instagram Reel shared on Saturday, showcasing a lively day spent with Brazilian influencer Iae Break.

The "Life Goes On" star embraced the local culture, enjoying a day full of soccer, bike rides, haircuts, and cooking. The video was aptly titled "Gringo 24 horas no Brasil" – translating to "Foreigner 24 hours in Brazil" – and featured Tree's own track "Worth Nothing" playing in the background as the duo relished their day.

"He was living life to the fullest, and it's heart-wrenching to think this was his last post," commented a fan under the viral video.

The Tragic Helicopter Collision

Sadly, the singer's vibrant day was followed by a devastating helicopter crash on Sunday, which took the lives of Tree and five others, including passengers Lucas Vignale and Gaspar Prim, a.k.a. Argentinian YouTuber Gaspi. The collision involved two helicopters over an electric vehicle yard in Rio de Janeiro, igniting at least 20 cars.

Local authorities have launched a forensic investigation into the crash. The tragic event cut short Tree's visit to Brazil, which was part of his world tour. Just days before, on June 6, he had performed in Sao Paolo and was slated to continue his tour with a performance in Lisbon on July 13.

Born in Santa Cruz, California, Oliver Tree Nickel found fame early, collaborating with industry giants like Skrillex and Zeds Dead under the alias "Tree." His creative journey culminated in his final studio album "Love You Madly Hate You Badly," released in April.

Tree's adventurous spirit saw him frequently traveling by helicopter, a mode of transport he last used to perform at the EDC music festival in Las Vegas in May. His untimely death has left fans and fellow musicians mourning a vibrant life cut too short.
