A Starry Arrival in Ireland

Martin Kemp, known for his stint on 'I'm A Celebrity,' caused quite the stir last week when he checked into the Carrickdale Hotel and Spa in Co Louth, Ireland. Accompanying him was his equally famous son, Roman Kemp. The duo's arrival at the hotel left guests buzzing with excitement.

The father-son pair spent a week enjoying the amenities of the Carrickdale Hotel, sparking curiosity among the locals and fellow guests. The hotel shared their excitement on Facebook, posting a snapshot of Martin and Roman posing with a member of the hotel staff, accompanied by the heartfelt caption: "Delighted to have Roman and Martin Kemp stay with us all week – was a pleasure! We hope you enjoyed your stay with us!"

Why Ireland?

While the reason for their visit remains a mystery, Martin Kemp is no stranger to the area, having performed in Drogheda in previous years. His recent jungle adventures on 'I'm A Celebrity' might have left him yearning for a bit of relaxation and family time, making Ireland the perfect getaway.

The trip comes just a month after Martin left the Australian jungle, where he spent 20 days on 'I'm A Celebrity' alongside other stars like Vogue Williams. Reflecting on his time in the jungle, Martin shared, "Just sitting around, not even the trials and stuff like that, but sitting around, talking and lots of laughs. I’m not one for making new friends, and this is the first time I’ve done it for years, and I absolutely loved it."

Jungle Memories

Martin Kemp's jungle experience seems to have left a lasting impression. He spoke fondly of his campmates and the bonds he formed during the show. "Coming out now, I feel like I’ve done it. I feel like I’ve done everything I wanted to do, experienced it, and I can walk away with some brilliant anecdotes," he said.

His time on the show also offered personal insights. "I think I learned a lot about myself as well, about how patient I am, in a way, and also how emotional I am. Every turn, I felt like crying a lot of the time and it’s quite nice sometimes," Martin admitted candidly.

With the Irish trip now adding to his collection of stories, fans can only wonder what adventures Martin Kemp will embark on next.
