In February 2025, while five months pregnant, the chef was tasked with catering a Jenner family birthday party in Palm Springs, California. She alleges she was left without the necessary support and, despite voicing her concerns, her pleas were ignored. "Due to exhaustion and overwhelming physical strain, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event," the lawsuit claims. The following morning, she reportedly experienced severe hemorrhaging and, tragically, a miscarriage.

“Celebrity status does not exempt anyone from California’s employment laws,” declared the chef's attorney, Della Shaker. “We look forward to presenting the evidence in court and allowing the facts to speak for themselves.”

Aftermath and Emotional Toll

The lawsuit details the emotional distress and depression the chef endured following her miscarriage. Adding insult to injury, a supervisor allegedly reprimanded her, saying, "Stop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed." The legal action against Jenner comes amid other lawsuits from former employees alleging similar mistreatment.
