Kiray and Stephan's journey began in December 2019, and the two got engaged in April this year. In a candid interview with Julius Babao, Kiray revealed her unique condition for the engagement ring – it had to be worth at least P1 million, ensuring it holds value for the future. She explained, "Kapag nagyaya ka magpakasal, kailangan isang milyon ang minimum ng singsing kasi kapag nangangailangan tayo, siyempre e 'di ibenta ko 'yung singsing."
