Kim Zolciak is not backing down after a Georgia judge awarded primary physical custody of her four children to her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is preparing for a legal battle, determined to fight what she views as an unfair decision. Previously, the couple shared custody, alternating care of their children. However, Biermann recently pursued full custody, citing Zolciak’s failure to attend parenting classes.
“This decision is temporary, and I am ready to reveal the truth in court,” Kim Zolciak told TMZ, expressing her resolve to overturn the judge’s ruling.
Kroy Biermann argued that the children need to be together and claimed they are more stable under his care. A court-appointed representative, who has been observing the family dynamics, supported Biermann's claim, leading the judge to grant him primary custody. While legal custody remains shared, Biermann now holds the final say in most decisions affecting the children. Zolciak, meanwhile, has been granted limited visitation rights, mainly on alternating weekends.
Despite the setback, Zolciak is not giving up. She plans to challenge the ruling and alleges that Biermann manipulated the system by filing an emergency motion to bypass their assigned judge. Zolciak believes the decision will be overturned once the full hearing is conducted. As the legal drama unfolds, the reality star remains hopeful that she will soon regain equal custody of her children.
