Khloe Kardashian is turning heads with a shocker about her personal life. During the season seven premiere of The Kardashians, Khloe opened up about her sex life – or the lack thereof – while chatting with sister Kourtney and friend Simon Huck. The juicy tidbit came up while they were discussing Kourtney's new libido-boosting product, Lemme Play.

“I haven’t had sex in over three years,” Khloe confessed during the Oct. 23 episode, which made Simon quip, “This gummy is perfect for you, would you like to make a cameo?”

Khloe's playful response? "Oh good," she laughed. "Yes, I will."

Kourtney's Take on Sisterly Love

Kourtney weighed in on her sister's dating life, offering some sisterly advice. Khloe, who shares kids True and Tatum with ex Tristan Thompson, is currently focusing on herself. Kourtney shared, "I think while you have young kids, if there's no one worth your time, focus on your kids."

But Simon wasn't ready to drop the conversation just yet. He pressed Khloe about whether there's anyone in her dating "roster." Khloe's answer? A confident "Nope," adding that she doesn’t even have anyone's phone number to text.

Single and Loving It

Khloe's candidness didn't stop there. She humorously dismissed any notion of sending nudes, saying, "I don’t have nudes, what nudes?" Earlier this year, the 41-year-old shared that she had taken a step back from dating, embracing the single life wholeheartedly.

In a March episode of The Kardashians, Khloe joked, "On Instagram, I saw somebody that married the Eiffel Tower, some food, a cell phone and something else. So, this might be me in the next couple of years, marrying something like my bed.”

She continued with a grin, "I marry my bed. I know who I’m coming home to every night. I know you’re just going to be there for me whenever I want. And snuggle me whenever I want. And you don’t talk back."
