Khloe's Emotional Reveal

Khloe Kardashian is no stranger to the spotlight, but this time, she's sharing a deeply personal and painful memory from her past. On a recent episode of her podcast, Khloe in Wonder Land, Khloe opened up about a traumatic incident involving her ex-husband, Lamar Odom. She revealed that during a particularly difficult time in their marriage, Lamar's paranoia led him to destroy something she held dear – her personal journals.

“I haven't journaled in years,” Khloe confessed on her podcast. "I used to love to journal. I had a few journals that I journaled literally my life away, and I loved it and everything was in these journals.”

The Incident That Broke Her

Khloe recounted the heart-wrenching moment when Lamar, consumed by paranoia, threw her treasured journals into a fire. "I remember sobbing, tears streaming down my face," she shared, describing the devastation of watching years of her life go up in flames. It was a turning point for Khloe, who hasn't picked up a pen to journal since that day.

Moving Forward

Despite the painful memories, Khloe and Lamar's paths crossed again during the season six premiere of The Kardashians. While their interaction was cordial, Khloe expressed her desire for a more private meeting in the future. "I’m not opposed to ever meeting up with him again in maybe a more private setting," she said.

For Lamar, the past is in the past. In a January interview, he spoke about the importance of moving on. "So much time has passed," he noted. "And people change. I think it’s healthy sometimes to move on. In a healthy way. Like I said it would be a blessing to be her friend just to be around her.”

As both stars continue to navigate their lives post-divorce, it's clear that healing and growth remain at the forefront of their journeys.
