Julia Fox: Breaking Down the Misconceptions

Julia Fox is setting the record straight on what people think they know about her. In a candid chat with Us Weekly, the star opened up about the misconceptions that have been haunting her, like the idea that she’s “doing drugs” or living a wild party lifestyle. Far from the superficial or crazy image some might have, Fox insists she’s actually quite "down-to-earth."

Reality Check: A Day in the Life of Julia Fox

“Sometimes I see stuff and I’m just like, Wow. If only you knew,” Fox shared, shaking off the false narratives. Contrary to her Hollywood It girl persona, she’s not the party animal people assume. "I’m very much a mom; my life revolves around my child and doing child-centered activities," she revealed. Fox is a devoted mother to her 4-year-old son, Valentino, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Peter Artemiev.

“I’m not this raging party girl that I think people think I am. Sorry,” Fox explained. “I wish I was, though.”

Fox has always been herself, and she’s unapologetic about it. She addressed how people struggle to grasp her evolution, saying, “There’s people that just, you know, hate women and hate anyone who’s different or doesn’t conform, or doesn’t live to please the male gaze.” She’s happy to challenge those outdated notions.

On the Big Screen and Beyond

While she’s busy proving misconceptions wrong, Fox is also making waves in the film industry. Her new sports horror movie, "Him," is gearing up for its U.S. release on September 19. As she continues to break barriers and shatter stereotypes, Julia Fox remains a force to be reckoned with both on and off the screen.
