A Shocking Revelation from Jelly Roll

Jelly Roll, the 41-year-old sensation known for his hit "Son of a Sinner," has come clean about a major mishap that left him with a broken collarbone. On March 1, he took to Instagram to share the wild tale of how he "flipped" his ATV earlier this year. His wife, Bunnie XO, added her own perspective, revealing that the accident actually occurred back in January and describing it as "the worst phone call to ever get."

"I was out there running all over the Grammys with a broken collarbone," Jelly Roll confessed in his video. "Every time I hugged somebody that week, I wanted to scream."

Facing Fears and Finding Strength

Despite the accident, Jelly Roll pushed through the pain to attend the Grammys on February 1 in Los Angeles, where he and Bunnie made quite the entrance. "I was so scared to get back on this thing," he said, referring to his ATV. "I just knew if I didn't get back on it sooner than later, I was just going to be more and more afraid of it."

Bunnie's post featured a video of Jelly Roll in a hospital gown, neck brace in place, as she jokingly dubbed him an "ATV wrecker," quipping, "You are not gangster."

Triumphant at the Grammys

Jelly Roll's determination paid off as he triumphed in all three categories he was nominated for at the Grammys: best contemporary Christian music performance/song for "Hard Fought Hallelujah," best country duo/group performance with "Amen," and best contemporary country album for "Beautifully Broken."

After his big win for best contemporary country album, he dedicated the award to Bunnie and his faith. "I would never have changed my life without you," he emotionally shared. "I'd have ended up dead or in jail. I would have killed myself if it wasn't for you and Jesus."

Jelly Roll also took the opportunity to emphasize his belief in the transformative power of music and faith, proclaiming, "Jesus is for everybody. Jesus is not owned by one political party."

A Night to Remember

The night before the Grammys, Jelly Roll honored the late Ozzy Osbourne with a heartfelt cover of "Mama, I'm Coming Home" at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala. It was a fitting tribute and a reminder of his diverse musical influences.
