Jack Osbourne is ready to face the wilds of the jungle in the upcoming season of I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here. According to reports, the 39-year-old media personality is set to join the much-anticipated line-up on November 16, just four months after the passing of his iconic father, Ozzy Osbourne.
With the full backing of his mother Sharon and sister Kelly, Jack is expected to bring a heartfelt tribute to the jungle. "He is believed to be going into the jungle with full support of his mother and his sister Kelly," shared a TV insider with The Sun.
"Jack is very likely to discuss Ozzy, which will be an incredibly moving moment for the campmates and for viewers and fans of the adored rocker," the insider added.
Ozzy Osbourne, the legendary frontman of Black Sabbath, passed away on July 22 at his home in Buckinghamshire. The 76-year-old had been battling numerous health issues, yet managed to perform a farewell concert at Birmingham's Villa Park just two weeks before his death.
Following Ozzy's passing, Sharon Osbourne expressed her gratitude for the overwhelming support from fans, noting how it helped her navigate the loss of her husband of 43 years. "She's okay, but she's not okay. I know she feels the love," Jack shared about his mother's journey.
The family's poignant journey is captured in the BBC One documentary Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home, which offers a glimpse into Ozzy's final years and his return to the UK. The documentary highlights the family's struggles and triumphs amidst Ozzy's health battles and his last concert.
In addition, the Paramount+ documentary Ozzy: No Escape From Now features insights from Jack and his sisters about their father's final years and the impact of his passing.
Reflecting on his father's final concert, Jack shared with GMA the emotional farewell he gave Ozzy before he took the stage. "Before he went on stage, I ran back into the dressing room, and I just gave him a big hug," he recalled. "I just kissed him. I just said, I was like, 'Crush it. You're going to do so good.' And I was crying."
As Jack prepares to enter the I'm A Celebrity jungle, fans can expect a deeply personal journey that honors his father's legacy while showcasing Jack's own resilience and spirit.
