Wrestling Legend's Final Will: A Family Torn Apart

The wrestling world was rocked by the news of Hulk Hogan's unexpected passing on July 24 at 71. While fans mourned the loss of the iconic wrestler, the drama surrounding his estate quickly took center stage. Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, left behind a $5 million estate, but it wasn't just the size of the fortune that got everyone talking. The WWE legend's will made headlines for excluding his daughter, Brooke Hogan, and leaving everything to his son, Nick Hogan.

Hulk's death, attributed to a heart attack, was a shock, but the revelation that he had been battling chronic lymphocytic leukemia was an even greater surprise. This detail, unknown to the public until after his passing, added a layer of sadness to the wrestler's final days.

"Brooke had asked to be removed from her father's will in 2023 following their estrangement and did not want to receive any money from his estate," revealed a source close to the family.

Inside the Legal Battle and Estate Details

Court documents, recently unearthed by Us Weekly and TMZ, show that Nick Hogan, 35, is poised to manage his father's estate alongside Terry McCoy. The will, executed in 2016 and modified several times until 2023, names Nick as the sole beneficiary. Hulk's widow, Melanie Sky Daily, is listed as a surviving spouse, but Brooke's name is noticeably absent.

The estate includes $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal and intellectual property, and the rights to Hulk's publicity, valued at a whopping $4 million. Additionally, there's mention of a potential medical malpractice lawsuit, although its value remains undisclosed. This lawsuit reportedly stems from a neck surgery Hulk underwent in May, which Sky Daily claims was improperly conducted.

Brooke's Quest for Answers

While Brooke might not be in the will, she's not staying silent. She's been vocal about her father's death, hinting at possible discrepancies in the official narrative. In a recent Instagram Story, Brooke suggested that 911 call recordings could potentially "change the narrative" surrounding her father's passing.

Brooke shared that professionals, including police officials and nurses who were allegedly present on the day of Hulk's death, have urged her to seek out body cam footage and 911 tapes. "I need to see body cam footage and I need to get a hold of the 911 tapes because they supposedly contain information that could potentially shed enough light to change the narrative," she wrote.

Despite her efforts, Brooke admitted that the ultimate control lies with her father's wife, Sky Daily. "The short of it is – It’s all up to my dad’s wife [Sky Daily] and I have zero control," Brooke lamented, emphasizing her brother Nick's active involvement in the situation as "boots on the ground with everything."

As the Hogan family navigates this tumultuous time, the wrestling community watches closely, eager to see how this drama unfolds.
