From Farm to Fortune: The Trey Colley Transformation

Meet Trey Colley, the 26-year-old entrepreneur who traded his farm chores for a journal and ended up with a seven-figure business. Originally from Virginia Beach and now thriving in Las Vegas, Trey opened up about his journey from feeling stuck to finding true happiness and success.

"The way I was living didn’t add up to what I wanted from life," Colley confessed. Watching peers on social media living the life he dreamed of – filled with travel and luxury cars – left him questioning his own path. "I was waking up before the sun, doing everything I was ‘supposed’ to do, but I was unfulfilled," he admitted.

“I was waking up before the sun, doing everything I was ‘supposed’ to do, but I was unfulfilled,” Colley shared.

Turning Dreams into Reality

Trey began journaling, crafting vivid descriptions of the life he aspired to live, setting aside doubts about money or background. This practice was pivotal in his transition from farm work to entrepreneurship. "I realised I had never actually given myself permission to dream big," he said.

Colley adopted daily journaling, affirmations, and visualization exercises to focus his goals. He emphasized specifics like income targets, locations, and daily routines rather than vague ambitions. "When you get clear, your brain starts to solve the problem for you," Colley explained.

Beyond Material Success

Now, Trey runs a coaching business and a journal brand, Faithful Note, which is built on the same exercises that changed his life. A portion of the journal's profits goes to charity, aligning with his shifted focus from material wealth to meaningful impact. "I've been through the phase of thinking that the fancy car, the expensive watch, and the big house was going to make me happy,” he reflected. “They didn’t.”

For Colley, fulfillment now comes from helping others find clarity and purpose. "Money isn't bad," he said. "You need it to make an impact – but it’s not the point. The point is freedom and purpose." His story is a testament to how defining one's vision can transform an ordinary life into an extraordinary one.
