The first task had them running in scorching 40C heat, carrying hefty 15kg Bergen backpacks. As if that wasn't enough, they had to pick up heavy objects like jerry cans, chains, and tyres along the way. Gabby Allen struggled under the weight, collapsing from the burden, while Dani admitted to instructors, "My body can’t take any more. I’m in so much pain."

Later, the recruits were split into two groups and sent on a four-mile race through hostile terrain, gathering clues from informants to reach a safe house. The episode ended with a cliffhanger as both teams were captured and taken hostage, leaving viewers eagerly awaiting the next episode.
