Brandi Glanville's Surprising Health Revelation

Reality TV star Brandi Glanville, best known for her time on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has unveiled a startling revelation about her ongoing health struggles. After years of grappling with a perplexing facial disfigurement that left her seeking answers from 21 doctors and spending a staggering $200,000, Glanville finally got a diagnosis.

On her podcast, "Brandi Glanville Unfiltered," she casually joked with co-host James Maas about needing a filter for their video recording. "Mama found out that I have a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face," she revealed, shedding light on a mystery that had haunted her since 2024.

“It's been a long three years, and I just want to put a ton of makeup on again, get my hair extended. I want to have like a glow up,” she confessed, eager to return to her former self.

Unraveling a Three-Year Mystery

Brandi, who shares two sons with actor Eddie Cibrian, expressed relief over the non-cancerous tumor diagnosis, hoping it could finally explain her persistent health issues. "That could be why the fluid is going around my face and why it’s having a hard time," she explained, noting her frustration with wearing makeup for only short periods.

Her journey to this diagnosis was anything but straightforward. Initially, a lump on her neck was dismissed by many doctors as scar tissue, leaving her puzzled. "I’m like, from what? I haven’t had like a facelift yet," she quipped, expressing her disbelief.

The Road to Recovery

In December, Glanville described her condition as "hell," admitting it forced her into hiding. But with the recent diagnosis, she's hopeful for a fresh start. "I can tell you that this lump has always been here. That’s why I’m always massaging it," she shared, recalling the endless lab tests that finally pointed to the tumor.

Fans have followed her journey closely, especially since she first shared her struggles online in December 2024. Earlier this year, she underwent breast explant surgery after a ruptured implant spread silicone into her body. While she felt immediate relief, the "really hard lumps" in her neck remained a concern.

Under her Instagram post, fans speculated that her lengthy dismissal by doctors might have been due to her being a woman, while others wondered if facial fillers played a role in her condition. Despite these challenges, Glanville remains optimistic about her recovery and return to the spotlight.
