Angryginge has officially taken the throne as the 2025 King of the Jungle in the heart-pounding finale of I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! The YouTuber's victory was sealed by a staggering 13 million votes, marking a decade-high milestone. This triumph came after a final bushtucker trial and a lavish buffet that left fans on the edge of their seats. Celebs Go Dating's Tom Read Wilson finished in second place, while EastEnders star Shona McGarty took the third spot.
At just 24, Angryginge couldn't hold back the tears as he donned the iconic Jungle crown and walked the legendary bridge, reuniting with his mom. Fellow contestant Tom Read Wilson expressed his delight, saying, "That's as it should be. That's everything I want." Fans quickly rallied behind Angryginge, taking to social media with praise. One fan admitted, "I've only ever viewed @angryginge13 as another of those shouty, annoying YouTubers but I couldn't have got that more wrong. He's come across as a genuine, normal, down to earth guy who is just naturally funny in everything he does. A worthy winner."
Angryginge shared his thoughts on the experience with hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. "There's so many days where I thought, you know what, I've done a few days, I've got a feel for it," he confessed. "[I got upset] a couple of times, and then I managed to get to the end... But then if you think about every single day you've been there you think, yeah, it was tough." Despite the challenges, Angryginge insisted that winning wasn't his primary goal: "It'd be unbelievable. But I didn't do it to become king, it's just the experience so whoever gets it, we're happy for each other."
Tom Read Wilson, who entered the Jungle alongside Vogue Williams, reflected on his late arrival: "I loved going in and being flanked by somebody lovely, and that made it all the more easy." He graciously acknowledged Angryginge's deserving win, saying, "I have to say, because he is the titan of the trials, and because he's done such a lengthy stint, I think that the crown has to go on [Ginge]." Meanwhile, Shona McGarty was all smiles as she recalled her favorite moments, notably the pirate ship trial and her bond with rapper Aitch. "He's normal. He's down to earth. You know, we've got a really similar sort of upbringing, and I just felt like an older sister and I wanted to protect him," she shared. Shona also noted her personal growth from the experience, stating, "I came in here shaking like a [explicit] dog, and my anxiety has been up and down for as long as I can remember. But in here, I've learned a lot about myself, and I feel like it's been a bit of a healing process for me."
